问：同修做功课和念小房子的时候都会想着自己是在为众生而念，发现这样比较容易让自己定下心来念经，请问这样如理如法吗？
答：那就是大回向了，如果心中这样想着，经文能量就给众生了。如果自己有能量就可以做，没有能量就暂时不要做。
